・What are the procedures for studying at your school?

　→If you wish to stay or visit our school as a group, please contact us directly by e-mail.

・御校に留学する場合にはどのような手続きが必要ですか？

　→団体で本校に滞在もしくは訪問する場合には、メールにて直接お問い合わせください。

・What kind of stays are possible?

　→During a one-day stay, you can experience tea ceremony, taiko drumming and meet our students.

　　Sports teams can experience the tea ceremony and hold joint practices after school.

　　In the two-week stay programme, students can stay in a dormitory, experience classes at the school and go sightseeing in Kyoto

　　and Osaka.

・どのような滞在ができますか？

　→1日の滞在では、茶道体験・和太鼓体験・本校生徒との交流会ができます。

　　スポーツチームが茶道体験をし、放課後に合同練習も実施できます。

　　２週間滞在のプログラムでは、寮に滞在し、学校での授業体験、京都・大阪観光などをすることも可能です。

・What are the procedures for studying at your school?

　→For individual students, a parent or guardian must be present in Japan.

　　The guardian is the person who will be responsible for taking care of the student in case of emergency.

　　Generally, a study abroad agent or a relative will act as a responsible person.

・御校に留学する場合にはどのような手続きが必要ですか？

　→個人留学には対しては必ず日本国内に保護責任者が必要です。

　　保護責任者とは、万が一何かあった場合に身元引取り人になっていただく方です。

　　留学エージェントもしくは、親族が保護責任者になることが一般的で留学エージェントは本校で紹介することができます。

　　　CIEE（アメリカ対象）

・What grades are eligible for study abroad?

　→The school allows students from junior high school to high school to stay at the school.

・留学の対象者はどの学年になりますか？

　→本校では中学生〜高校生まで滞在を許可しています。

・What is the length of the stay at your school?

　→The minimum length of stay is one week and the maximum is one year.

・御校への留学の期間はどのくらいですか？

　→最短で１週間、最長で1年間の滞在が可能です。

・What grades can I stay in the dormitories?

　→High school students (16-18 years old) can stay in the school's dormitories.

　　Junior high school students (13-15 years old) are not allowed to stay in the dormitories.

・寮で滞在できる学年は何ですか？

　→本校の寮では、高校生（16〜18歳）が滞在できます。

　　中学生（13~15歳）は滞在することができません。

・Where can I stay if I don't want to stay in the dormitories?

　→Our study abroad agents can arrange a homestay for you.

　　Alternatively, you may live with relatives.

　　In some cases, students have stayed at the school for a short period of time while their families are away on holiday, but in such

　　cases they have stayed in a hotel.

・寮で滞在しない場合は、どこに滞在できますか？

　→留学エージェントがホームステイを紹介する事ができます。

　　もしくは親族の家で生活をする場合もあります。

　　短期でご家族の旅行中に本校に滞在するケースがありましたが、その場合はホテルに滞在されていました。

・Are there uniforms or other items available for loan?

　→Yes, we have a limited number of uniforms, textbooks and gym uniforms available for students to borrow. You can return them 　　on the last day of your ​stay.

・制服など貸与いただけるものはありますか？

　→本校では、数に限りがありますが制服・教科書・体操服などを貸し出しています。滞在最終日に返却頂ければ結構です。

・How is the wifi environment?

　→Wifi is freely available at the school and in the dormitories. You will be given an ID and PW on your first day at the school.

・Wifi環境はいかがでしょうか？

　→本校および寮でのWifiはご自由にお使いいただけます。登校初日にIDとPWをお渡しいたします。

・What about bus and train passes?

　→Railways companies in Japan do not define international students who have been studying in Japan for less than one year as 　　students.

　　Therefore, please be aware that railway student commuter passes cannot be issued.

　　Bus commuter passes are issued and can be purchased on campus or at the sales office.

・バスや鉄道の定期券はいかがでしょうか？

　→日本国内の鉄道会社は1年間未満の留学生を生徒と定義していおりません。

　　よって、鉄道の学生定期券は発行できませんので、ご承知ください。

　　バスは、定期券を発行しておりますので、校内もしくは販売所で購入いただけます。

・Is it necessary to take the regular examinations?

　→No, you do not have to take the examinations. If you wish, you can take the examinations.

・定期考査は受験する必要がありますか？

　→必ず受験いただく必要はありません。希望があれば受験することが可能です。

・Can students participate in after-school club activities?

　→Yes, you can participate in any of the club activities at the school. You can experience

・放課後のクラブ活動は参加できますか？

　→本校内のクラブ活動はどれも参加いただくことができます。本校にお越しになってから参加頂き、お好きな活動を見つけてください。

・Are there Japanese language support classes for international students?

　→We offer Japanese language classes for international students on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for two hours each 　　afternoon. We have prepared ​teaching materials for each level, so you can study together with a Japanese teacher. If you do not 　　need Japanese lessons, you do not need to take them.

・留学生に対して日本語のサポートの授業はありますか？

　→留学生に対して、月水金曜日の午後２時間ずつを日本語の授業としています。それぞれのレベルに合わせた教材を用意していますの​で、日本語教師と一緒に勉強ができます。また、日本語授業が必要ない場合は受講する必要はありません。

・Are there any opportunities to deepen my understanding of Japanese culture?

　→Yes, we offer monthly Eduventure (meaning Educational Adventure) so that international students can not only stay at a 　　Japanese school, but also ​deepen their understanding of Japanese culture. We organise visits to shrines and temples, and 　　experience making Japanese sweets.

・日本の文化を深める機会はありますか？

　→留学生を対象に、月に一度“Eduventure （Educational Adventure の造語）”を実施しています。

　　神社仏閣の見学や和菓子作りなど、留学生が日本の学校に滞在するだけでなく、日本文化も深められる機会を提供しています。
